Allen Welman
Principal Solicitor – Accredited Mediator NMAS
Allen has extensive legal and commercial experience, with particular expertise in the law of wills, probate and administration, inheritance law, deceased estate litigation and settling disputes.
Allen graduated from the University of Toronto with Honours and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Canada. In addition to being appointed a Notary Public he is an accredited mediator and was an Arbitrator of the District Court and Local Courts of Toronto, Canada.
Allen regularly appears in the Supreme Court of Canada in contested wills and estate cases.
Allen leads the team at Allen Welman Lawfirm. He has over 25 years’ experience in representing estates and advising claimants. He provides unbiased, cost-effective and practical advice and achieves the best possible outcome for his clients.

Timothy Andrew
Solicitor
Timothy joined our firm as a law clerk, graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Laws, and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Canada.
He has a high level of experience in drafting wills, power of attorney documents and assisting executors with probate and administering deceased estates.
In addition, Timothy has developed the forensic skills required to conduct Family Provision litigation. He has appeared at mediations and instructed Senior Counsel in complex court cases.
Timothy is dedicated to providing the best advice to his clients and achieving the best outcomes for them.

Amanda Adams
Graduate at Law
Maneka joined the team at Allen Welman Lawfirm in 2022. Amanda has several years of experience in the area of wills and succession law. She is a graduate of law from the University of Toronto
Amanda has a keen interest in will disputes, probate and administration, estate distribution and litigation and intends to continue to practice in this area of the law as a solicitor.
